Mme<\/sup>\u00a0Morcos Fraser poss\u00e8de des ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la direction de cadres sup\u00e9rieurs dans le domaine de la recherche en sant\u00e9. Tout derni\u00e8rement, elle \u00e9tait dirigeante principale des finances aux Instituts de recherche en sant\u00e9 du Canada (IRSC) o\u00f9 elle supervisait un budget de 1,2\u00a0milliard de dollars et tous les aspects de la gestion financi\u00e8re de l\u2019organisation. Entre autres fonctions, elle conseillait le pr\u00e9sident sur des aspects cl\u00e9s des activit\u00e9s, les contr\u00f4les, l\u2019intendance financi\u00e8re, la supervision de la planification financi\u00e8re, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des rapports, les activit\u00e9s et les syst\u00e8mes, ainsi que les subventions et les sommes allou\u00e9es, l\u2019approvisionnement et la gestion des installations.<\/p>\n

Ce poste mettra \u00e0 profit ses comp\u00e9tences de leader en finances et en gestion des relations. Aux IRSC, elle a dirig\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un cadre de gestion financi\u00e8re rigoureux et jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans le perfectionnement des strat\u00e9gies de gestion des ressources de l\u2019organisation. Ella a \u00e9galement assur\u00e9 une liaison essentielle avec les organismes centraux et les intervenants et jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le indispensable dans l\u2019harmonisation et le soutien des activit\u00e9s des IRSC.<\/p>\n

Mme<\/sup>\u00a0Morcos Fraser d\u00e9fend depuis longtemps l\u2019EDI dont elle est une championne et met en \u0153uvre son engagement envers ces valeurs dans tous les aspects de son travail. \u00c0 titre de championne de l\u2019EDI et pr\u00e9sidente du comit\u00e9 des IRSC en la mati\u00e8re, elle a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 la participation active dans l\u2019organisation afin de cr\u00e9er des effectifs plus diversifi\u00e9s et inclusifs et encourag\u00e9 d\u2019autres employ\u00e9s \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l\u2019EDI dans tous les aspects de leur propre travail.<\/p>\n
