par le Programme de partenariats pour les applications de la g\u00e9nomique (PPAG) mobilisera le pouvoir de la g\u00e9nomique pour stimuler l\u2019innovation en sant\u00e9 publique afin de surveiller l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles maladies respiratoires.<\/p><p>Annonc\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre\u00a02023,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/genomecanada.ca\/fr\/de-nouvelles-recherches-en-genomique-fournissent-des-solutions-durables-aux-problemes-de-sante-publique-et-de-securite-alimentaire\/\\\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un nouvel investissement de 41\u00a0millions de dollars<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0servira \u00e0 financer la toute derni\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de projets du PPAG, ce qui permettra de r\u00e9aliser des projets de recherche-d\u00e9veloppement (R-D) \u00e0 des stades avanc\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre des difficult\u00e9s et saisir des possibilit\u00e9s bien r\u00e9elles, notamment un investissement de <strong>6,1\u00a0millions de dollars <\/strong>dans la surveillance des eaux us\u00e9es. (Laboratoire national de microbiologie \u2014 Agence de la sant\u00e9 publique du Canada) \u00e9laboreront et mettront en \u0153uvre un programme solide et exhaustif de surveillance g\u00e9nomique des eaux us\u00e9es pour que les agences de sant\u00e9 publique puissent r\u00e9agir rapidement en cas de virus respiratoires importants. La surveillance des eaux us\u00e9es est un syst\u00e8me efficace d\u2019alerte pr\u00e9coce pour pr\u00e9dire les \u00e9closions et d\u00e9tecter l\u2019\u00e9mergence de variants pr\u00e9occupants de virus respiratoires. Con\u00e7u pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9percussions sociales et \u00e9conomiques de la g\u00e9nomique, le PPAG ouvre la voie \u00e0 la recherche, \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et \u00e0 l\u2019application pour prosp\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re concert\u00e9e.
