Toutefois, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter et \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter ces donn\u00e9es est un important facteur limitant la d\u00e9couverte et l&rsquo;innovation. Le Centre canadien de g\u00e9nomique computationnelle travaille en partenariat avec Calcul Canada et CANARIE (qui exploite l&rsquo;infrastructure informatique de haute performance et le r\u00e9seau national ultrarapide) afin de faciliter l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux ressources bio-informatiques pour le R\u00e9seau d\u2019innovation g\u00e9nomique de G\u00e9nome&nbsp;Canada, et de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, pour les chercheurs en g\u00e9nomique.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le C3G mettra l&rsquo;accent sur trois aspects&nbsp;: fournir une plateforme de service unifi\u00e9e pour les analyses g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques dans divers domaines de recherche des sciences de la vie, installer et distribuer une suite de logiciels de bio-informatique dans les ressources de Calcul Canada, la rendre largement accessible et en assurer le soutien par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un centre d&rsquo;assistance commun, et \u00e9laborer, d\u00e9ployer et commercialiser des solutions logicielles bio-informatiques libres pour faciliter l&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le C3G sera un carrefour national d&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9nomiques pour le milieu de la recherche, permettant ainsi aux chercheurs en sant\u00e9 ainsi que dans d&rsquo;autres secteurs des sciences de la vie de mieux analyser leurs ensembles de donn\u00e9es au moyen de m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;analyse avanc\u00e9es et d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des ressources de calcul de haute performance.
