Ces progr\u00e8s ont entre autres aid\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre le niveau d&rsquo;expression des g\u00e8nes dans diff\u00e9rentes parties des plantes, dans diverses conditions, les interactions entre les prot\u00e9ines pr\u00e9sentes dans un organisme et les structures tridimensionnelles de ces prot\u00e9ines. Les chercheurs trouvent cependant difficile encore de tirer des conclusions convaincantes des grands volumes de donn\u00e9es qu&rsquo;ils doivent traiter.<\/p>\n<p>MM. Nicholas Provart et Stephen Wright, de m\u00eame que l\u2019\u00e9quipe sous leur direction, veulent mettre au point des outils et des applications de visualisation des donn\u00e9es afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les progr\u00e8s en biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.
