L\u2019entreprise pourra ainsi am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de son programme de s\u00e9lection et augmenter la r\u00e9sistance de ses saumons aux maladies et aux parasites.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers ce project, l\u2019entreprise veut mettre en \u0153uvre une technologie g\u00e9nomique de pointe de puces \u00e0 SNP qui, lorsqu\u2019elle est alli\u00e9e \u00e0 des techniques traditionnelles de s\u00e9lection, peut mener \u00e0 des augmentations consid\u00e9rables des taux de survie des \u0153ufs et des poissons aux stades juv\u00e9niles, de m\u00eame qu\u2019\u00e0 un meilleur rendement en eau sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre de cette technologie g\u00e9nomique devrait engendrer une augmentation de la qualit\u00e9 et des ventes de Kelly Cove Salmon et am\u00e9liorer aussi la rentabilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9penses en vaccins et en m\u00e9dicaments.
