Les difficult\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le de la reproduction en captivit\u00e9 et la nutrition sous\u00adoptimale des larves sont actuellement les principales sources de probl\u00e8mes qui nuisent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9levage de la sole du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal en Espagne et dans d&rsquo;autres pays d&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;aquaculture du fl\u00e9tan est un peu plus avanc\u00e9e et on la pratique \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle commerciale en Norv\u00e8ge, en Islande, en \u00c9cosse et au Canada, mais il faut encore l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer, en particulier mieux d\u00e9terminer le moment du frai, choisir des<a class=\"XMg4esP0BWu\" href=\"#11994400\" style=\"z-index: 2147483647;\" title=\"Click to Continue &gt; by WA\"> stocks<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdncache-a.akamaihd.net\/items\/it\/img\/arrow-10x10.png\" \/><\/a> de g\u00e9niteurs sup\u00e9rieurs sur le plan g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance aux maladies.<\/p>\n<p>Nous mettrons \u00e0 profit les techniques de la g\u00e9nomique et de la prot\u00e9omique \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans ce projet de recherche pour caract\u00e9riser int\u00e9gralement ces processus biologiques. Nous allons ainsi acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances qui permettront de surmonter les obstacles de production et de cr\u00e9er (dans le cas de la sole du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal) ou de d\u00e9velopper (dans le cas du fl\u00e9tan) des industries aquacoles dynamiques. Comme les deux esp\u00e8ces sont des poissons plats, ils sont des cousins sur le plan de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution et, par cons\u00e9quent, les s\u00e9quences d&rsquo;ADN et des prot\u00e9ines pr\u00e9senteront probablement des similarit\u00e9s. De plus, des cartographies des liens g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques du fl\u00e9tan et de la sole du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal seront cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour faciliter la s\u00e9lection de meilleurs stocks de g\u00e9niteurs, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des marqueurs mol\u00e9culaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es obtenues \u00e0 la fin de toutes ces m\u00e9thodes seront compil\u00e9es en une plate\u00adforme de bioinformatique exhaustive, ax\u00e9e sur les domaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment d\u00e9crits, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 maximiser l&rsquo;influence de ces \u00e9tudes sur la production aquacole.<\/p>\n<p>Des groupes de recherche scientifique de la station biologique de P\u00eaches et Oc\u00e9ans au Nouveau\u00ad-Brunswick, de Scotian Halibut Ltd. de la Nouvelle\u00ad-\u00c9cosse, d&rsquo;Oryzon Genomics de Barcelone, de la Consejeria de Agricultura y Pesca de Andalucia, de la Universidad de Granada, du Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas, de la Universidad de Cordoba et de la Universidad de Barcelona participent \u00e9galement au projet en tant que chercheurs principaux.<\/p>\n<div id=\"spoon-plugin-kncgbdglledmjmpnikebkagnchfdehbm-2\" style=\"display:none\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La sole du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (Solea senegalensis) et le fl\u00e9tan (Hippoglossus hippoglossus) sont deux esp\u00e8ces de poisson plat desquels sont tir\u00e9s des produits marchands de grande valeur et qui pr\u00e9sentent un potentiel de production en aquaculture.
