(Universit\u00e9 Simon Fraser), et William Hsiao, Ph.\u00a0D. (UBC) \u00e9laborent un cadre informatique solide et statistiquement fiable appel\u00e9 PathOGIST pour que les travailleurs en sant\u00e9 publique et d\u2019autres puissent rapidement classifier les agents pathog\u00e8nes en groupes apparent\u00e9s sur le plan \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique, en se fondant sur les donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age, et produire des rapports de g\u00e9nomique interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s qui orienteront leurs interventions.
