{"id":10788,"date":"2016-12-09T18:13:19","date_gmt":"2016-12-09T23:13:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/drupal.test\/projects\/pathologie-tumorale-automatisee\/"},"modified":"2023-06-02T14:14:28","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T18:14:28","slug":"pathologie-tumorale-automatisee","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/genomecanada.ca\/fr\/project\/pathologie-tumorale-automatisee\/","title":{"rendered":"Pathologie tumorale automatis\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Projet de Phase 2 (s\u00e9rie 1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9chelle et l\u2019ampleur du s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l\u2019ADN s\u2019est accrue \u00e0 tel point qu\u2019il est maintenant de plus en plus utilis\u00e9 pour des applications m\u00e9dicales tel que le diagnostic des maladies h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires chez les enfants, le suivi des \u00e9closions infectieuses et en m\u00e9decine du cancer, la d\u00e9termination des facteurs de risque h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires pour orienter la prise de d\u00e9cision et am\u00e9liorer ainsi la pr\u00e9cision des traitements. Une simple prise de sang permet d\u2019obtenir un \u00e9chantillon de l\u2019ADN \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire d\u2019une personne qui se trouve facilement dans les globules blancs. Par contraste, l\u2019analyse des g\u00e9nomes du cancer exige \u00e0 la fois un \u00e9chantillon normal aux fins de comparaison et l\u2019ADN de la tumeur elle-m\u00eame, souvent obtenu par biopsie. Les tissus biopsi\u00e9s contiennent cependant, d\u2019habitude, des cellules normales et des cellules tumorales et, si la proportion de cellules tumorales est trop faible, elle peut rendre l\u2019\u00e9chantillon inutile aux fins de l\u2019analyse de la s\u00e9quence d\u2019ADN.<\/p>\n<p>MM.\u00a0Marco Marra, Ph. D., et Robin Coope, Ph.\u00a0D., du BC Cancer Agency mettront en \u0153uvre une m\u00e9thode automatis\u00e9e pour identifier et enrichir les cellules tumorales m\u00eal\u00e9es \u00e0 des cellules normales dans des biopsies, ce qui accro\u00eetra le nombre de biopsies qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour l\u2019analyse des s\u00e9quences d\u2019ADN et facilitera l\u2019utilisation du s\u00e9quen\u00e7age \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des soins du cancer destin\u00e9s aux populations. En ce moment, cet enrichissement n\u2019est possible qu\u2019avec une importante intervention manuelle et des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en pathologie. Le projet est utile \u00e0 la fois pour les patients actuels et les \u00e9chantillons tumoraux archiv\u00e9s de cas ant\u00e9rieurs. L\u2019analyse \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de ces \u00e9chantillons permettra d\u2019\u00e9tablir des corr\u00e9lations entre les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019analyse g\u00e9nomique et les donn\u00e9es recueillies sur les traitements qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus par les patients.
