Actuellement, pour cette mesure, les chercheurs et les cliniciens partout dans le monde utilisent les r\u00e9seaux de spectrographie de masse pour surveiller les r\u00e9actions multiples et parall\u00e8les. Les approches de cette surveillance permettent de quantifier avec pr\u00e9cision et exactitude les prot\u00e9ines dans les \u00e9chantillons, mais elles demeurent d\u00e9pendantes des bases de donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur les s\u00e9quences de prot\u00e9ines humaines qui peuvent ne pas contenir des variantes g\u00e9nomiques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 certaines maladies. Pour utiliser davantage ces m\u00e9thodes, il faut donc acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement et la validation des biotests, tout comme la cadence des analyses des \u00e9chantillons. De plus, l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es doit \u00eatre normalis\u00e9e et automatis\u00e9e pour permettre une mise en \u0153uvre solide de grande envergure.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019existe actuellement aucun cadre logiciel perfectionn\u00e9 et intuitif pour aider les chercheurs \u00e0 concevoir des essais \u00e0 haut rendement en spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, \u00e0 traiter les donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter les r\u00e9sultats, ce qui rend difficile, laborieuse et chronophage l\u2019utilisation de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse.<\/p>\n<p>Christoph Borchers, Ph. D., et Yassene Mohammed, Ph. D., de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Victoria d\u00e9veloppent un nouveau pipeline de logiciels, PIGQpipe, qui int\u00e9grera les donn\u00e9es issues des propres exp\u00e9riences des chercheurs aux donn\u00e9es des bases des donn\u00e9es publiques en ligne afin de cr\u00e9er un \u00ab guichet unique \u00bb pour tous les aspects de la conception des essais en spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, d\u2019analyse et d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une seule interface Web, PIGQpipe reliera, int\u00e9grera et automatisera le flux des essais (y compris le choix des cibles et les conditions optimales d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation), \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es pour calculer les valeurs de concentration des prot\u00e9ines, \u00e9valuer sur le plan statistique les diff\u00e9rences entre les groupes de traitement ou les \u00e9tats pathologiques et pr\u00e9senter les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En am\u00e9liorant la productivit\u00e9, l\u2019ampleur, la qualit\u00e9 et la port\u00e9e de la recherche dans ce domaine, PIGQpipe devrait permettre de nouvelles d\u00e9couvertes, dont des outils pour la m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9cision; faciliter et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption des technologies de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse en milieu clinique et b\u00e2tir l\u2019expertise dans la communaut\u00e9 scientifique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mesure des prot\u00e9ines dans des fluides biologiques comme l\u2019urine ou le sang est indispensable au diagnostic, au traitement et \u00e0 la surveillance des maladies chez les humains.
