Les technologies de restauration actuelles des BTEX sont souvent trop co\u00fbteuses et non applicables dans les nombreux sites o\u00f9 pr\u00e9valent des conditions anoxiques. En se fondant sur des recherches pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes ayant permis de mettre au point une unique culture m\u00e9thanog\u00e8ne d\u00e9gradant le benz\u00e8ne, de la caract\u00e9riser et d\u2019en \u00e9largir l\u2019utilisation, ce projet vise \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019un plus vaste ensemble de cultures de bioaugmentation ana\u00e9robie novatrices et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le cadre d\u2019essais pilotes dans trois sites distincts contamin\u00e9s par du benz\u00e8ne.
