En pratique, toutefois, un m\u00e9dicament est susceptible d\u2019interagir avec un certain nombre de prot\u00e9ines, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 dans l\u2019organisme, entra\u00eenant des effets ind\u00e9sirables impr\u00e9vus. Cyclica a l\u2019intention de pallier ce probl\u00e8me en utilisant ses plateformes exclusives : la plateforme Ligand DesignMC et la plateforme de d\u00e9couverte de m\u00e9dicaments Ligand Express\u00ae. Ligand Design est une plateforme de conception de m\u00e9dicaments in silico multicibl\u00e9e et multiobjectif, alors que Ligand Express est une plateforme de profilage hors cible et de d\u00e9convolution de cible bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019infonuagique et assist\u00e9e par l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) qui d\u00e9termine par calcul les profils polypharmacologiques. Ensemble, Ligand Design et Ligand Express forment une plateforme int\u00e9gr\u00e9e permettant de concevoir des mol\u00e9cules avanc\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019image des m\u00e9dicaments t\u00eate de file qui r\u00e9duisent les effets hors cibles tout en fournissant des renseignements sur la pharmacog\u00e9nomique structurelle. Les \u00e9quipes de Cyclica et du laboratoire McQuibban s\u2019efforceront de trouver de nouvelles solutions pour la maladie de Parkinson, lesquelles seront ensuite commercialis\u00e9es conjointement par Cyclica et Rosetta Therapeutics. Le laboratoire McQuibban a mis au point des \u00e9preuves pour appuyer les pr\u00e9visions de Cyclica issues de l\u2019IA.
