Executive Liaison, Office of the President

Diana works in the Office of the President, providing comprehensive support to the President & CEO and Director, Policy & Partnerships on external engagements, public relations activities, stakeholder interactions, partnership building and science policy. Diana has held diverse roles at Genome Canada since graduating from the University of Guelph. She initially joined Genome Canada as our Intern, Creating Impact for Genomics in Society, where she supported the Policy and Public Affairs team on evaluation, landscaping and IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility). She subsequently joined Genome Canada’s Genomics Research & Innovation Programs team providing coordination and support of operations, governance and programmatic work.

Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science (BAS) from the University of Guelph, where she completed a double minor in (i) molecular biology & genetics and (ii) psychology.
