Holly Fraser

Administrative Assistant

As a member of the Corporate Administrative team at Genome Canada, Holly provides comprehensive administrative, scheduling, and operational support to Genome Canada’s President and CEO, as well as other members of the senior management team. In this role, she manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings with internal and external stakeholders, oversees travel arrangements and expense reporting, and supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization’s hybrid office environment.

Holly plays a key role in supporting governance activities, providing meeting coordination and preparation support for a range of committees and governance-related engagements. She also contributes to event support and logistics coordination for important in-person meetings and organizational events.

Prior to joining Genome Canada, Holly worked as an administrative professional in the health-care sector. Her background in health care is complemented by extensive volunteer experience, which includes event planning for residents of local clinics, serving as a rehabilitator for patients with traumatic brain injuries, and helping train new volunteers within long-term care facilities.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University and has also earned an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Algonquin College.
